Labor Day 2025, Monday, September 1st
11am-1pm
11am-1pm
A 17-mile human chain protest stretching along El Camino from Santa Clara to Redwood City. Defend our democracy. Say no to fascism. Stand up for working families.
We are organizing this not just in resistance, but in the name of a better world:
A world where labor is respected, care work is valued, our schools and healthcare are funded, and all our communities are protected. We fight for working families, against authoritarianism, and for democracy, dignity, and real justice for all.

📍 Where to Stand
To choose your protest location, visit this link: 17x17k Segment Signup.
There you can pick your half-mile segment and optionally sign up to be a segment host (coordinating 20+ people) or volunteer for safety and communications.
View the full route map and find your best spot.
🚶 Engagement Brigades
We’ll also have mobile Engagement Brigades traveling along the route: leading chants, handing out zines, sparking singalongs, passing out cookies, and more. Want to help power the spirit of the line?
